The Class Act - West Cedar Rapids

New Menu is baller. A huge bonus that this is a teaching environment. Instructional staff are doing it right with the student staff, it is clear that everyone WANTS to be there, and it isn't just another waiting job.

Our server Kale was excellent. Very thorough and attentive. We each tried something different. I had the Cobb salad with Chicken. It had unique corn bread crouton, cranberries, diced sweet potatoes, yummy fresh crumbles bacon bits. The sweet potato were the only part of my meal I was not a fan of. We all tried the salmon Cajun soup. It was good the salmon melted in your mouth. The Class Act burger my son said was easily the best burger he has had. My son's girlfriend had the Iowa omelet and she said it was yummy. My husband had the corn beef hash he said it was a great from scratch hash.

Absolute best service!! I have gone twice for two different meal times and servers, both occasions were extraordinarily accommodating and efficient! I fell in love with their appetizer rolls and have come back mainly for them- I unfortunately came on a day that they served pastries for Mother’s Day but the kind server, Jacob, still got us some and did an amazing job with the rest of our meal!!
