Domino's Pizza - West Chester Township

Employees dont speak any English, argued that my order wasn't placed, and employees touching themselves, wiping their nose, using cell cellphones and handling food. An absolute disaster of a restraint. Do yourself a favor and make one at home or order ANYWHERE else. This place is disgusting.

I had an emergency on my way to pick up food and ended up being super late. I called and let Domino's know my situation. The staff member waited on me after closing time, my food waiting in the window for me when I arrived. Not all places would have done that.

So Sonia the assistant manager got my order wrong and I said cheese pizza and she gave me deluxe which has pork and as a Muslim myself and also my dad is a Muslim and they got our address wrong and I placed that order at 11:00 and they are coming at 12:56 almost 1 AM and I called her and she said she no longer can give me server me because it hit 1:00 AM and refused to give me her name so I asked the delivery driver crazy service never ordering here.

Joshua, thanks for wasting my time tonight calling me to ask for help finding my apartment (which nobody else has ever had an issue finding) and then leaving because you’re too lazy to actually try. Couldn’t even have the courtesy to let me know you left and I can’t report it or get a refund in the app because you never marked yourself out for delivery, the store was closed early and the phones are off. My order is still pending delivery in the app so there’s nothing I can do. Horrible customer service and lazy staff.

It's one of the best pizzas I have ever had. So good. The staff were so friendly.
