Ihop - West Chester Township

I had to request butter and syrup separately. The staff wasn't very friendly. However, the food was served hot.

Stopped by on a Friday morning. Big mistake. Restaurant not busy but waited forever for food. Mine wasn't hot and was served on a dirty plate. We have been here for 1.5 hours and trying to get the check for husbands meal. Ready to walk out. We haven't been to an IHOP in years and will never come back. Big mistake today.

Went to eat at 5:00 am after being on the road for hours and we needed to waste some time. and it says 24 hours and the cook was sitting down eating and the hostess said he won’t start cooking til 6:30am. I will be calling corporate and I will tell you that they don’t deserve any stars . I am a big tipper and for them to push money away is crazy to me. I guess they get the hourly wage but don’t want to work for it.

The girl at the front told us we had to wait another hour to eat food here, that the chef wasn’t cooking till then. How are your hours going to say open 24/7 and not be serving your customers?? The girl at the front was also super disrespectful and had a nasty attitude towards us.

They were very busy and short handed but our hostess/waitress worked her butt off.
