Mcdonald's - West Chester Township

All except for one of the kiosks were not working. The one that was working had run out of printer paper. I had to go to the front counter to pick up my order, even though I had placed it using a table tent. Additionally, they forgot one item from my order of three things. However, the food was delicious and freshly made.

A teen served us, he didn’t know what he was doing. Took about 5 minutes before he finally put in the order. Food came really fast though.

Mcdonald's has the best Coke. They now also have Coke

The day manager was completely customer unfriendly, the staff is incompetent, and the store is a mess!

Very ghetto. Most of the staff does not know how to talk to customers. Walked in to here them cursing out customers on the drive through. Turned around and walked out instead. Needs some serious staff training
