Capriotti's Sandwich Shop

Capriotti's is a decent sandwich shop, but only if you stick to the menu. If you order a sandwich that comes with mayo and don't specifically request it to be left out, there's a 50% chance you'll still get mayo. Similarly, if the sandwich is supposed to come with Swiss cheese and you ask for cheddar instead, there's a good chance they'll ignore your request and leave the Swiss on. This has happened to me multiple times at this Capriotti's location, and I've had enough of it. I'm done.

I'm not a frequent customer, but I wanted to try a bobbie for the first time. I placed my order online and have previously used a $2 off voucher without any issues. However, last weekend my voucher didn't work, and after speaking with several employees about the problem, I was left unsatisfied. I mentioned that I had experienced this issue before, but the staff had been able to apply the discount then. This time, there seemed to be no genuine effort to resolve the situation. The person in charge explained that it was a website issue and that nothing could be done. I'm urging the managers or owners to look into making online vouchers and rewards easier to use. While my bobbie was still good, I felt frustrated that there was no real authority figure available to help me with the issue.

They messed up our order and were rude when we asked them to correct it. Then they lied and claimed that cheesesteaks automatically come with mushrooms. I will never return.

My family was in the city for a children's sport tournament and tried capriotti’s for dinner one night. the staff was pleasant enough, though slow) and the place was clean, but eating is just terrible. I'd go over the road and get a sandwich from the WA-Wa tankstelle before I get back. the cheesesteak was nothing but a frozen steak-um slaughtered on a piece of bread. the teaching has learned for us, would never consider to go back. I'd really go hungry before I eat again.

So I am a first time customer saw they got decent reviews and wanted to try their food. The guy told me their behind an short staffed and would be a couple minutes until he can take my order. I told him no problem and waited patiently for 15 minutes. He then took a customer to place an order before me which is ridiculous as he had me wait to place an order. worst customer service an rude of him. I've never tried their subs but as of now I will not return.
