Contribuisci feedbackI had enough with this restaurant. I used reward points to order a pizza, but it arrived almost an hour late. The delivery person claimed it wasn't cold, but I should have refused it. The driver suggested putting it in the microwave if it was cold, which I found unacceptable. Despite wasting points, $11 on the delivery charge, additional toppings, and a tip, the pizza was cold. The restaurant offered a discounted two-topping large pizza as compensation, but later emailed a special for two large two-topping pizzas for $8 each. Papa John's seems to think it's fine to deliver late and cold pizza and then try to make up for it with a cheap offer. I can overlook the occasional mistake, but I won't tolerate such poor customer service from a restaurant that undervalues its customers.
The order was promptly ready for pickup. The pizza was made exactly as ordered. The staff, both over the phone and in person, were friendly and accommodating. Overall, no issues whatsoever.
