Saigon Noodle - West Chester

Consistently delicious and an excellent value! I highly recommend the Beef Pho; I've tried other dishes, but the regular size with just a hint of chili sauce is my favorite. I've been visiting Saigon Noodle Bar at least every other month (sometimes every two weeks) for the past three years. The restaurant is clean, they usually seat you right away, and even during lunch hours, they serve you quickly. One of the main servers always remembers my order and even started preparing our meals without us having to place an official order. As for parking, they share a lot with Einstein, and I've never had any trouble finding a spot.

This is my second visit, and I returned specifically for their homemade hot sauce—it's incredible! (Check out the sauce I circled in the picture.) The portion sizes are generous, and the open kitchen is a nice touch—it’s clean too. If you can't handle spicy food, I recommend steering clear of the hot sauce. It's definitely for those with a strong stomach! I absolutely love it and will definitely be coming back!

I visited Ikea and discovered this restaurant through Google. The combination bánh mì was absolutely amazing—fresh and light. The beef broth pho was also delicious. I will definitely return the next time I'm in town!

The food is very good. Could say authentic Vietnamese food. I got Bun Rieu (pork and crab noodle soup)

First time in the area and decided to try this place out. I ordered fresh springs rolls (minus pork) and the chicken pho. The restaurant was steady and it took about 15 minutes after placing my order to receive it. I enjoyed the customer service, peanut sauce and broth, but the chicken was dry and flavorless. I will happily try this place again and avoid the proteins.
