Burger King - West Chicago

Asked to add jalapenos i was charged 50 cents and only got 3 tiny bit slices like really small, manager really watching on the cooks for condiments, not pleasent at all, manager was even watching me from far making feel uncomfortable, i wonder why burger king is declining.

There was a guy there with purple hair working at the drive thru who was super mean and disrespectful. He was making fun of me and cursing me out. I hope burger king fires him or suspends him because his actions were unacceptable.

Ordered a meal and told them three times how i wanted it and they still messed up and refused to remake it and refund it. Don’t recommend

I have had consistent good service here and the food always prepared well.

Website says this location closes at 11 but seems like the staff close when ever they want. Sometimes 9, 930…. They block the driveway with a cone.
