Mcdonald's - West Chicago

The best McDonald's in the area! I highly recommend it!

I frequently grab lunch here (perhaps too often), and overall I’m very satisfied with this location. I usually order through the drive-thru or at the board, so I can’t comment much on the inside. My orders are consistently accurate (including for other customers), and the food quality is reliably very good. The only issue is with the sauces; they often don’t provide the correct amount as requested in the mobile app (and sometimes they’re missing altogether), but they’ve been doing a better job of this recently. The wait times at the drive-thru and curbside are reasonable (especially faster for smaller orders), and I’ve never had any issues when I needed to voice a concern. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been excellent and polite. Overall, this is one of the more affordable and dependable locations in the area, making it a great choice for lunch.

The McDonald's headquarters restaurant was a fantastic experience. I took my 10-year-old daughter and her friend to explore the headquarters and try international McDonald's food. They absolutely loved it! Make sure to take the time to visit and enjoy the experience. The staff was wonderful too!
