I can't say enough good things about my experience, so I'm heading back for an early meal. The young woman who took my order and prepared it was courteous, considerate, and quick. They also warm up the cookies, which makes your entire bag smell like freshly baked cookies!

Hello, I want to address an important issue to the owner or manager of this establishment. This place is terrible—the ice machine is a disaster. An elderly woman who was cleaning the lobby was clearly working very hard to manage the situation, but it was a complete mess. It’s simply unacceptable. All my daughter wanted was a milkshake, but after seeing the condition of the ice machine, I refused and demanded a refund immediately. No one should be eating at a place like this. While I appreciate the elderly woman cleaning the lobby, if that ice machine looks like that, I can only imagine the state of the grills or the drink dispensers. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. By the way, I was a truck driver passing through the area.

Wow, what an experience! I went up to place my order when an employee's mother came over and distracted the two young workers at the counter. It felt like a scene straight out of a comedy—she was breaking the screen protector! Maybe she hadn’t been to the restaurant in a while. Finally, one of the guys seemed to have a light bulb moment and took my order. As I waited off to the side near the gas station, I assumed they would be preparing my food, but no, I was still directed back to the counter. Honestly, this place feels like a joke!

Every Burger King in this region is absolute garbage. I believe what has happened has always loved food, but the service of employees and management is so bad.
