Although my online order wasn't prepared correctly and was already in the oven, Brittany made every effort to override the order and redo it, but unfortunately wasn't able to succeed. Her dedication and hard work are truly appreciated.
Bretagne was great! she was also helpful in the middle of the personal tragicody. she was on work. the online order did not come out quite right and although it was in many cases, the bretagne tried to overwrite the order so that it could make it new to no incident. their efforts are very appreciated.
Worst customer service ever. Attitude when you ask a question and request something. I stopped eating at Domino's 2yrs ago because of the same reason thought I would give them a try again....wrong
Your dispatcher is rude, she did not show a friendly treatment, I told her several times thank you and she did not respond, I think they should train their staff a little more to be more friendly and helpful with the customer.
I called in an order and it was 11:50 p.m. And as soon as the order went through a guy from the domion in West Columbia ,SC 29169 the guy told me something happen up there and they couldn't get the order in and I said at the restaurant I work at we close at 10:00 if a customer orders a meal at 10: 00 they get there meal . Not telling them they can't have a meal is not good business. .
