Dunkin' - West Columbia

I am so confused by the attitude that the girl working the drive thru had on 2/2/24 around 1:45 PM. I ordered two coffees and two of the valentines donuts. She gave us the coffees but not the donuts so we sat at the window and waited to get her attention to get the donuts. She says they didn’t have those donuts, what else did we want, we asked what donuts did they have and she says they have the heart ones. We said okay we will just have two heart ones. Then she gets an attitude and says “yeah you are going to have to give me more than that I mean we have all kinds of different donuts” in an extremely condescending way. Yeah, we literally just asked what donuts did you have, theres no menu in front of us to be able to pick. Customer service training may be a good idea for her! Customers are going to ask questions, there is a way to answer.

The customers always complain bout 3-5 of things they didn’t order correctly or they choice to come to a fast food place for coffee and seem to think they come first because they ordered on the app they be others before you so be patient or just leave everyone gets up for work or school and wants coffee wait your

The only Dunkin that still had Boe ties, they called them something different now. But by far, my favorite won't do them in N. Myrtle Beach, Sumter, Pigeon Forge, all my regular Dunkins act like they can't get them. So 5 stars for this Dunkin across from Lexington Medical center, made my day.

I’ve been wanting to switch from SB to Dunkin for a while for many reasons. This location has absolutely awful customer service which is a dealbreaker for me. I got to the speaker and was greeted with a “what do you want”. After placing the order I was told to “pull up”, no thank you or I’ll have that ready for you at the window. For that, I will unfortunately not be returning to this location for a while. At least at SB they have manners and are always happy to help, I can’t eat anywhere where I feel like a burden for placing an order. Please reevaluate the persons you hire, they will ruin your business.
