Personally, I would like to thank him for recommending the Cajun bowl to me. I also had the pleasure of meeting the manager, who provided excellent customer service as well. I hope they are all doing well.
I had a very positive experience with Uber Eats delivery from KFC West Cola. The staff was very helpful, courteous, and not the usual experience I have had at a KFC.
The service at this restaurant was terrible. It had been a few months since my last visit, so I was not aware that the dining room was open. I went through the drive-thru as usual for a mobile pickup, but I needed to order additional items that were not available for online ordering. The employee was short with me and told me to use the door instead. My order was supposed to be ready at 10:50 a.m., but we arrived a bit early and ended up having to wait 20 minutes. The food was disappointing - the bread was good, but the meat had a texture like pate, not like real meat. The service and wait time really brought down the overall experience, even though the rest of the food was good and the order was correct.
Eating was cold, the service was bad, as if I were an interruption of texting. the personal was not aware that there was also something special and menus. the lights were on board, and the things were on board that they no longer sell.
Very poor customer service they are not friendly and they don't give you exactly what you paid for they give you someone else's order
