Moe's Southwest Grill - West Columbia

I visited this restaurant seeking a quick meal, and I was promptly greeted by the staff. They efficiently took my order while also managing online orders, seamlessly balancing everything without a hitch! I was truly impressed. Despite it being a quieter time for the restaurant, all the food appeared very fresh. Additionally, every single employee was friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely return!

The food was fresh and delicious. We visited on a Saturday afternoon, and it wasn't busy at all. Our order was prepared quickly. The salsa bar offered unlimited options with a variety of choices. The prices were reasonable as well. We enjoyed the overall experience and will definitely return!

During my visit, the atmosphere was pleasant, calm, and well-maintained. The service was satisfactory and fairly quick. However, I found the prices for the burritos to be a bit high; I personally don’t think $13 is reasonable for a burrito.

I give this place 10 STARS!!!! Moes has always been my go-to for dinner, and I could eat there every day! On this visit, our server Eli was amazing. He noticed my friends and I struggling to repair our flat tires and offered us incredible assistance! Eli even drove us to a tire shop to get the problem fixed. The customer service here is outstanding! Thank you, Eli, and the entire staff for your wonderful help and support. On top of everything, Eli even went back in to make our burritos fresh! I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. West Columbia Moes, you truly are the best!

Always mess up our mobile orders. Went in to order instead tonight for accuracy. Walked in at 8pm, no one said a word to us. We were the only ones in line. We stood there patiently for about 10 minutes as we could see they were cleaning. Finally, after being ignored I asked, are yall open? The guy respond oh yeah, we are. We are just pre-closing right now. Then they proceed to clean ignoring us once again. So we just left. I 'm done giving this place my business if they cant get orders right or serve customers.
