Papa Johns Pizza - West Columbia

I placed my order at 9:09, and was told it was ready for pickup. However, I waited until 9:52 and had to go through the drive-thru line twice before being informed by the manager that my wings were not in the oven. This is unacceptable and I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. Service: 1 Star

The order was nearly 45 minutes late, likely not freshly prepared, and arrived very cold. The delivery service was lacking. This meal was for dinner and cost $50-100 per person. The food quality, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 1 out of 5. The only recommended dish was the breadsticks.

It was a bit chaotic at the restaurant tonight. The boy at the counter seemed clueless about the app and couldn't assist me properly. He manually entered my order and couldn't confirm if I would receive points credits. He appeared disinterested and I had to inquire about my order, which had been sitting on the warming rack for 5 minutes. To top it off, when I got home, I realized that the pizza had not been cut. I was very disappointed as this is not the norm for this location. The boy at the counter should be removed from his position.

The WORST. I ordered a pizza online at 1:34pm October, 7th and i have never had this issue before in my life. The computer apparently didn’t get my order so i waited for a hour before calling. The boy that answered was really nice and help me out a lot but the “manager” Wow. The boy went to ask the manager for help with my order and she/he couldn’t even come to the phone and help me out. I put in another order and was charged for both. I called customer service and they disputed one but then i was charged $5.34 for something different. On top of that i waited another hour to actually get my food. Ridiculous.

I was the only customer picking up two pizzas at approximately 10:30 at night. The dining room was closed. I knocked on the door multiple times, finally someone looked up from cutting bread sticks and pointed to the takeout window. I walked over to the takeout window and waited for approximately five minutes in the rain while they were continuing to cut dough for bread sticks, they didn’t even acknowledge I was there. I left.
