What a fantastic coffee shop! I don’t mind paying $6.81 for a quality cup of coffee, but it would be nice to hear a simple "thank you."
The young barista, dressed in a black romper and a headscarf with glasses, made an error while preparing my drink around 2:30. It could have been a misunderstanding, but her response was quite rude, and she began slamming items down when I mentioned the mistake. I frequent this establishment and intend to continue doing so, but it really doesn't make sense to serve a hot drink in a cold cup. I'm just suggesting that perhaps she isn’t ideally suited for a high-volume customer service role.
I placed a pickup order through the app and arrived a few minutes after the scheduled time. When I got there, I was told they were still finishing my order, so I had to wait for several more minutes. In total, I ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes longer than anticipated from when I placed the order. I ordered my usual vanilla bean crème frappuccino, while my daughter chose the pumpkin spice frappuccino. Unfortunately, both drinks were rather watery, and my vanilla bean lacked flavor. This was my first time visiting this location, and I left feeling quite disappointed.
This was probably the most bland and least comfortable Starbucks I've ever been to. Although I enjoyed my drink, it sat on the counter for a long time without anyone calling out names. When I approached the young woman behind the counter to inquire about my order, it seemed like she either didn’t see me standing there or simply didn’t care, as she never responded. Unlike the cozy and welcoming atmosphere I usually expect from Starbucks, this location felt stale and uninviting.
