Contribuisci feedbackI went to the drive-thru and ordered 2 soft tacos to take home, which is a 15-minute drive. When I received the bag, the bottom was completely soaked. The tacos were so wet that liquid could be squeezed out of them. I called the store to speak to the manager, who offered to remake the tacos if I brought them back. However, I declined as I was not willing to make the long drive back. The manager did not offer any other solution to rectify the situation. I am extremely disappointed with Taco Bell.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The ticket was illegible and several items were missing from my order. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 1 out of 5.

Now I love me some taco bell. The only issue I run into every now and then is not getting the extra I expect to get with my good. Other than that I'd say just allow the workers to be a big more patient. It's food at the end of the day and I'm not blaming them because I know these rules come from a corporate level but fast food or not I don't mind waiting on food that will be correct because they had the time to fix it without rushing and over multitasking. Give them a raise, they juggle a lot from the moment they step foot in the door till they leave. They deal with all types of people all day long. Mean, happy, and plain rude and disrespectful.
