Waffle House - West Columbia

Left one waffle house because they were ONLY taking to go orders. This one is about 5 miles down the road but was greeted with a smile and a welcome. There were only 2 people working but they were happy to have customers and a job!! Thank you

Husband and I ate here around midnight or so!! Food was on point and some of the best customer service we’ve experienced In the restaurant industry since Covid!!!! Shoutout to our waitress Reanah-She was spectacular!!!

Cook was terrible. He was rude, mean upset bout cooking, and didn't cook my bacon right. The wautress asked him to cook my stuff well. He got upset, slamming around utensils, and the phone was on the counter while cooking. It was bad, I didn't eat all bacon, wasn't done to my liking at all. A cook should smile, be pleasant, and to waitress, they don't treat her well. You have workers there leave before doing all their tasks, then it gets put on the waitress there. People need to stop hatred, rudeness, and meaness, that's why the world is in trouble now. I won't go back!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you don't like your job, then leave!!!!!
