Waffle House - West Columbia

Not greeted when we walked in and lots of flies inside the restaurant

The staff is very unprofessional, they never answer the phone when you call at night, then when you pass by no customers are there. When i reported this behavior to their District Manager he made excuse then act like it the behaviors were not a problem.

Great service as always from the crew! I go when I have starved:

Coach Manager guy with 2 other cooks and 4 waitresses tells my family of 4 that they couldn 't cook burgers but we could get eggs and waffles. How can 7 people not figure out how to cook a hamburger? How can you cook eggs but not a burger? Seems they are lazy and wanted to make the new guy look bad. The manager should have stepped up instead of dropping the ball.

Went with cara, Jasmine, Joey hunter baylin and coy. Do glad we had this time together. Love my children and my adopted children as well. Xoxo. I'm blessed.
