I got the egg custard bun, fried sesame red bean ball, crescent dumpling, shrimp dumpling, fried radish cake, and shrimp noodle roll. The food took 20 min to prepare and everything came out fresh. The only thing that didn’t meet my standards was the shrimp noodle roll. The noodle was fine, but I think they used frozen shrimp so the texture and taste was not it for me.The quality of the dim sum is comparable to the other dim sum restaurants in the area and it’s cheaper. I used to go to all that n’ dim sum as they were cheaper than the other dim sum restaurants, but the food here tastes better so I think I’ve found my new go to place.

Cheap comfort food, no more, no less. Food is basic. The homemade curry for the curry fish balls is greasy as heck. The red bean sesame balls were good though.Service was friendly when I was there. The woman was very patient in explaining the menu to me, which I appreciated. The interior is messy (not dirty! just. . . messy.
Ready to order via GrubHub and was craving dumplings. I nearly ordered from another fusion dumpling spot in Walnut. But I'm so glad that I came across this gem! The food was packed neatly and spillage free. The curry Singaporean stir fried rice noodles is probably one of the best I've ever tasted. The pork/shrimp Siu Mai and the football shaped dumplings Ham Sui Gor are so tasty. The tofu skin wrapped shrimp rolls might be over steamed and are a tad bit chewy. Overall, I can't believe I didn't know about this place sooner. Will definitely order from Dim Sum Box again!
Excellent customer service! Got the juicy pork dumplings, onion pancake, pork bao, small sesame red bean puffs, and the pork rice noodle roll. Sesame puff and pork bao were good and I love that you can order them in smaller quantities instead of the usual 8-10. Prices pretty good. Only complaint was the rice noodle roll was super mushy and felt like goo in my mouth. Otherwise not a bad place to eat.
