Contribuisci feedbackCOVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is available for take outs and has some indoor outdoor seating available with no limited capacity inside and outside the shopping mall. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing my drink from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They currently don't have happy hour. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is massive since this place is located inside a huge shopping center. I suggest arriving early at the mall or else you will struggle to find a parking spot. Drink: I ordered a large mango juice. It was so cold and refreshing. They use real fruits to make the drinks, so it is healthy and good for you. Staff: The staff here are very fast, kind, and accommodating. I asked the staff here for less ice in my drink, and they were able to give me a drink with less ice. I have no idea why at the other locations, the employees said no. The store itself seem very neat, tidy, and organized. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.
Flor had great customer service. Fast to assist. Fruit fresh and delicious. I'll be back. Keep up the good work.
Terrible Service they serve you 95% ice. Asked for a refill since they pour nothing but ice, and got told to order a new drink. Spent about $8 for a large cup of ice. They have 2 female employees that are worried more about their phone than the customerBetter off going to la michoacana which is located on the 2nd floor for better service and drinks.
Drinks are good but the girl working today was RUDE. She didn't scoop the drink into the cup yet and I asked if we can change the flavor to strawberry milk instead and with an attitude and a sour face she said IT'LL BE A DOLLAR 50. She didn't scoop anything in the cup yet.. and to walk a couple steps and to scoop a different drink it'll be a $1.50?? She also said you need to go to the cashier if you want to change the flavor. So on top of her being rude and the extra 1.50 for nothing was mind blowing. Girls here are rude, don't expect a tip for horrible service.
On a relaxing Sunday I only came to mall to grab a agua fresca, never did I think that I would experience such a hostile work environment from a customers perspective. I honestly felt bad for the workers because it shouldn 't be the workers fault an establishment is understaffed nevertheless a CUSTOMERS FAULT! the way the manager spoke to a customer was very uncalled for. During the interaction the customer had every right to give attitude back but didn 't. Definitely not coming back to this location. They don 't deserve the business with such a nasty attitude.
