If they are looking for lechon. they should try to Toto’s he has the best lechon in this bar none. come and they should try to feel the lechon how the filipinos big occasions celebrate with lechon in the center of the buffet table and do not forget their lechon sauce that goes so well with lechon.
Filipino cafeteria-style joint serving classic Filipino comfort food. My mom has been taking us to this place for years. We ordered takeout from here for nostalgia’s sake (and because I was craving some BBQ pork sticks). Parking is easy since it’s in the Seafood City lot. Other logistical details: they’re operating during covid, they accept credit card, and currently there’s no dine-in although under normal circumstances, they have a few small booths where you can sit.Unfortunately the quality of the food wasn’t what I remembered. The BBQ pork sticks were still tasty but there was a lot less meat and more fat/muscle. The sisig was marinated well and accompanied by chunks of bell pepper but was chewy more so than crispy. The lechon kawali was also chewy and the one from Island Pacific tastes better. On the plus side, they do give you a free cup of sinigang and the rice is soft and fluffy.
Tried this place before with a friend and I am obsessed ever since. I liked the excellent vibes and flavorful dishes and drinks. 5 stars from me.
