Chick-fil-a - West Des Moines

I love this place. The food hits the spot and the staff are super friendly and courteous.

Great Chick-fil-A experience as always and clean. Nice outdoor seating as well. Parking is a bit complicated, but not too bad. Busy during the lunch hour per usual.

Drive through so slow. Amazingly slow. Slow with a capital S as if its part of the job to be extra slow. Also 27 nuggets in a 30 nugget box. Not cool !

I don't have a nearby Chick-fil-A. So it's a treat to visit one when I'm near one. That being said. In all my years, Chick-fil-A has never ever gotten my order wrong. I never have to check my bag because its always correct. Well, today was the day. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese muffin combo. And also a chicken egg and cheese biscuit sandwich. I was 40 miles down the road before the traffic slowed down, where it was safer to finally eat my breakfast. Got to the last sandwich, and they ended up giving me 2 muffin sandwiches instead of the chicken biscuit sandwich for the other. It's so disappointing because the chicken biscuit sandwich is my favorite thing on the menu. I mean I really love the biscuits. Sad day is all.

Be aware... this place will close on September 1, 2024 for several months for their remodel.
