Chipotle Mexican Grill

Chipotle in valley west mall, west of the moines, ia I wanted to eat with three others. the staff was very nice, the food was in order, the last time I went a few years ago. but there were no pleasant things, and this restaurant is so dirty. first, the serviettes, the hot sose and salt and pfeffer that were present a long time ago were missing, if they want to eliminate the supply of bottles of hot sose for health reasons, they should provide packages. the same with salt (we asked us were given a small vessel with salt). but every table was dirty, covered with food. floor covered with rice and other food detritus. we asked for a wet wut to clean our table, they brought a dry towel and put everything on the floor. we asked them to wipe off the seats (now covered). I just don't know that there are probably bugs or worse from the dirty floor. never seen a dirty place like that.

Order from this location via Door dash and the first orders was leaking when the driver handed it to me or the second order was incorrect. Going to use a different location to order on-line next time. This Chipotle is the worst!

I am officially not ordering from this place anymore. I have eaten at numerous Chipotle's over the years. I order the same thing. Twice in the last month I have had a bad reaction to the food. I never do at the other places. I'll spare the details, but I don't trust this place.

My sin got the chicken burrito and the chicken had way to much spice to hot to eat plus the service was not very good the guys looked and acted like they didn't care no enthusiasm at all

Chipotle is usually good. This one seems WAY dirtier than any other Chipotle I've been to. The garbage was overflowing everywhere. The garbage by the drinks was so full it covered the silverware, lids, straws, etc with nasty garbage and food waste.
