My daughter is 14 and doesn't each much, they wouldn't let her order from the kids meal.. then saw there was a Sushi special for $25. The server was going g to charge each person 25 even though we ordered hibachi also, wouldn't let us share the sushi. Won't be back.
We have been here quite a few times, the hibachi food is always really good and you get a lot of it. My wife and I usually share a plate, which is an extra $10, and that leaves us both feeling really full but not overly stuffed. It seems like most of the time the hibachi guys don't do a whole lot, but maybe it's because we don't have any kids with us and we don't seem really exciting lol. They do some of the typical performance things though. The biggest negative of the place, which has more to do with its location I believe, is the sewer smell that is that is an inherent problem in that whole area. Inside of the place you largely don't notice it or smell it, but right outside the front door and just inside the entryway. It's pretty bad and not really what you want to smell right before you're about to eat some food. Again, I don't think it's really their fault, but it's still something to be prepared for.
Food prices have gone up, and service has gone WAAAYYY down. We used to be very well taken care of. Especially when a FORCED gratuity is in place. I normally tip better then their 20% but I will find somewhere else to patronize.Food: 2/5
We went on a Wednesday and they had a 2 for $25 deals on sushi rolls (also an option for 3 for $25.)The Iowa Roll and Firecracker were pretty good. The hibachi was also delicious. It was interactive and entertaining as well.Food: 5/5
Not bad at all. The hibachi was very entertaining to watch and tasted amazing! Got the Iowa roll and Firestone which were okay, comparable to others in the area. Would go againFood: 4/5
