Starbucks - West Des Moines

I am a collector of the been there series. I stopped by to pick up one on my way through the state

It was like any other Starbucks. To much milk in your cold drinks and Over priced. Delicious and generally friendly staff.

Slow service, batista at window was rude. It took 40 minutes for them to serve 4 cars in the drive thru line. They were rude at the window and I will not use this Starbucks again. It's unfortunate because Starbucks used to adhere to higher standards!

I basically only have one issues with Starbucks and that is in the evening they reduce their brews to basically a Pike. I think they should offer more choices like a Blonde roast or at least a decaf. I know that sometimes they offer to do a pourover but most don't offer and most don't want to.

Sooooo many flies!!!! Drinks and service were fine. DO SOMETHING ABOUT ALL THE FLIES! Can't see how that is sanitary on any level. Won't be back won't go thru a drive thru. Flies outnumbered customers employees. If I known there was a fly infestation I would not have ordered anything definitely would not have been inside, but the 2 other people in the party picked the Mill Civic location. Seriously felt like I was invading their territory. One said goodbye and another gave me a fist bump on my way out. In all seriousness, flies are out of control! ????????????
