The Clovelly Inn - West Devon

The country pub is fantastic with a great ambiance and friendly staff.

The food was delicious and the portions were generous, but I felt like I was treated as a second-class citizen and made to sit in a less desirable area while the locals were given priority. I was told that mashed potatoes were not available, but then some locals who arrived after us were served mashed potatoes. It was almost a nice pub, but it seems to cater more to the locals.

The portions of the classic pub menu were large and delicious. The old-world country pub was charming and lovely.

Excellent all round great food,great portions, tremendous value for money. You must visit if your in the area

A really lovely cosy country pub. Everyone was so friendly and we felt really comfortable and welcome. The food was delicious, great portion sizes and very reasonable prices. We are still talking about the amazing homemade pies now!
