A five star village pub for excellent eating, beer and service. also just a short distance from the main road. each of 6 of us had another court and all were very good. that was a second visit. personal very nice to our children

What a nice little pub. eating was the best I ever tried. my 90-year-old mother-in-law had the biggest fish cake I've ever seen and everyone has eaten shredded of food, compliment to the cook. would recommend everyone.

We had an excellent meal today. the food was well prepared, beautifully presented and very tasty. we will be back when we are back in the opposite.

Great eating, an unexpected warm welcome, great beer. incredible Sunday dinner, all freshly cooked vegetables, proper gravur, really top-class. it took a few weeks to get a table and now I understand why. book a few weeks ahead as it is so popular with villagers. I paid twice the price in london and had not eaten so good.

Outstanding roast dinner. (Sighs) Orange sorbet was a wonderful afters.
