Worst experience for someone that goes regular to this location. Employee just walked away, after I requested a change. But when other people not my color skin request for changed they go above beyond for customers. This is sad to treat your own kind with no respect. Specially being in the customer service field. The cashier lacked the basic fundamentals of her job function which is customer service. It reflects poorly on management when staff lacks common courtesy of greeting and prioritizing customers. I had to speak to management specifically about it. Cashier’s demeanor was lacking the basic understanding of it. I should’ve just patronized the Starbucks instead.
