Jimmy John's - West Fargo

Waited quite a while for our order considering we ordered ahead by the app. Also, our sandwiches were dry of dressing compared to every other time we order those particular sandwiches.

Freaky Fast service, good quality and sandwich made well.

Something got messed up with my order (on my end! So I ended up with tomato and mayo on my sandwich. I have terrible texture issues because of my autism so when I called in the manager (I forget his name and I hope this is the right location! Didn 'thesitate to remake my sandwich. Most places would just be like well it was your fault so...

This Jimmy Johns has the best workers ever!!! They were so sweet even after I called them multiple times trying to figure out how to explain the instructions to make the delivery to my apartment complex. They even gave me and my sister a free cookie!???? Thank you guys so much!
