Papa Johns Pizza - West Frankfort

The pepperoncinis the employees left out were the best part of my order, glad I went through the drive thru twice to get them. Pizza didn't seem done. Super doughey.

Ordered two pizzas one large three topping one medium specialty. I called the westfrankfort phone number told them my order and was quoted 42 dollars. I didn't ask questions I wanted to wait until I got there. They told $47.86 I about fell out of the car.Apparently if you call the local number you get a call center in the Philippines. The workers would have taken my money if Ihadn't questioned the price which was $22.64. Please people watch your orders im now wondering how many have fallen for this.Papa johns has lost a customer forever!!!!

The new crew they have is very rude and slow I placed an order online which told me 20 mins. I go there in 20mins and the guy at the window tells me it?s gonna be another 30mins that?s ridiculous I don?t live in this town I don?t have time to wait evenlonger

Literally waited like the guy who took my order told me. The 1 hour and 30min before it would be ready to be picked up. I showed up to a completely dark and empty Papa John?s. Website said it closed at 11p, it was only 10p.

I've always had great experiences at this location!
