Contribuisci feedbackWas very pleased with my experience this morning. Went through the drive-through to pick up my mobile order. The woman with the piercings who was running, the drive-through, was so nice and polite. The coffee had some grounds, and without skipping a beat she offered to make me a new one, and didn’t seem bothered or annoyed by that. Which I feel can be uncommon. She was so nice that it made my morning.
The drive thru was quick, the order was correct, the coffee was great and the service was pleasant. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because the restaurant interior was closed and drive thru was the only option.
This is by far the worst Dunkin. They consistently get the order wrong. No one wears a name tag, their phone is disconnected and they are all rude! Listen, it's ok to make a mistake but have the guts to admit it! It's really a shame because pre-pandemic this location was pretty good. Now it's a bunch of cranky women who don't care if they inconvenience you by screwing up your order.
Girls were very snarking and put off when I asked them to fix my ordered coffee. Within 2 secs of taking it back they handed it back unchanged and smirked. Not the first time this location has been rude. I've been avoiding this location which is closet to my residence and now drive the extra 5 miles to another store.
I’ll never understand the mindset of someone so incompetent they can’t even put cream cheese on the bagel themselves. I don’t pay to do it myself .
