Capriotti's Sandwich Shop - WEST GROVE

I'm sitting here waiting for an order that I ordered by phone that's out of the hook and has been over an hour. One of the famous sandwiches I wanted, and someone else who came after me wanted and we were told that it was NO MORE the CAPASTIMI MEAT. The store is open for 30 minutes and 3 more people are here. There were also NO MEATBALLS so that my husband decided in an Italian . Great place, but too worried to be done

WORST Capriotti is here! This place gives the whole chain a bad name. It's just a bunch of kids who don't want to work and it seems that the manager NIE is there on the weekend or they lie when you ask for one. You don't answer the phone, it's 'from the hook' most Sundays. I went there personally because they didn't want to pick up the phone and while I was there, I called the store and it went to a "busy" signal, although NO ONE WAS ON THE PHONE. A customer went on the same day and said something about the phone not working and the child behind the counter simply said oh, I dunno and went away, he didn't even get the people order. You will be ignored most of the time you go in. The cheese steak was shameful, with hardly any meat inside. I was told that they were from NUMEROUS on different days of the week while they were trying to order within an hour. The whole place should be fired and restored and this includes management that clearly does not care.

$60 to 4 subs. My 1 Italian, they think they just made me a salad sandwich. Very disappointed, where is the meat? I called and the superior said they'd reimburse me for the sandwich. Unfortunately, they ruined the desire for a sub. Isn't it gonna eat again?

I don't want to pay. $23 for a big sub, IF had it quality ingredients. Bit in 3 bones and it was 84% dried out dark meat. Disgusting. We live too far away or I would have taken it back. Send them an email with pictures so they can see. In addition, they do not take phone in or online orders. I'm not back. Looks like many people complained, so I guess they don't read these reviews to improve their business.

Absolutely love this shop! The best sub sandwiches ever. I recommend their famous Bobbie it 's got fresh oven roasted turkey(not deli meat) mayo, cranberry and stuffing, yummy!
