Saladworks - WEST GROVE

I had to drive all the way back to return the wrong salad and finally pick up my order. To make matters worse, they only offered me a free cookie worth $2.50 for the inconvenience, which hardly compensates for the time, effort, and gas I wasted due to their mistake. I am very disappointed with the service, and I will not be returning to this Saladworks again.

We visit this restaurant for salads at least once a week, and we always order the Cobb salad, which is usually excellent. However, yesterday's experience was disappointing. Our salads should have been called "lettuce" because there were so few other ingredients. My partner had made two-thirds of his salad before he even found a tiny piece of chicken, and I had the same issue. There was practically no chicken in either of our salads. We were very disappointed.

The salat was in order, but the price is as $9.49 I have to the counter and was calculated almost 12 dollars because they can not be harassed to update their prices in the load for their customers. that is disrespectful. the salat was good, but after that I will make myself much less.

Great food,great service, and great staff. Excellent place to get a fresh,delicious, salad without the wait! Highly recommended. ?
