Three people stood at the hostess station inside, awaiting seating: a group of two, and me. Since there were abundant tables outside and my mother has difficulty walking, I left her outside while I went in to request seating. The hostess sat the first two, then a manager-type came over and said that they were going to put a pin in seating people. She told me that, even though I was already there, I would have to wait 15 minutes. I explained that my 87-year-old mum wouldn 't be able to stand outside for 15 minutes. I offered to sit inside. The manager refused to budge one bit. Finally, the hostess went out and pulled a chair from a table and put it IN THE SUN for my mother to sit on. It was over 80 degrees out, and they had plenty of shaded tables, but they expected her to sit there getting dehydrated until it was convenient for them. Obviously, we left, and had a lovely meal, outside in the shade, a few doors down at the Harvest Restaurant. If Restaurant Bricco cares so little about the health and safety of their customers, I wouldn 't want to know what goes on in the kitchen! I 'll certainly never attempt to eat there again. All we needed was a tiny bit of flexibility and consideration: a shaded table and a glass of water, but the manager was on a power trip and delighted in saying No.
Service dismissive. As a hungry heath care worker I did not fit in. But I was willing to spend $60 on a meal. They did not serve me bread. Although they served it to all the tables around meThey did not ask me if I needed anything although I was sitting there wanting to order a salad, but nobody came over to ask me.When I got my meal, I immediately burned my tongue and, it was really hard to eat the rest of the foodOne servers asked me how it was. I said it's very hot and before I could get out that I burned my tongue he walked away.I'm so disappointedIt was my treat after several 16 hour days at the local hospital.I can imagine that if I was not the person to save their lives in the hospital and was a business woman. My experience would've been different.
Food and service is excellent but it gets really loud.
I was there on a Monday evening and the place was packed. The food was delicious.
Food was delicious, from appetizers to entrees, and of course, dessert did not disappoint. The place was super accommodating last minute for our party of 9!
