Great Tso - West Hartford

New ownership is terrible. Used to love this place. Put an order in for delivery. My phone died at the time of the delivery. There was no attempt to knock on the door or ring the bell to my apartment. They took the food with them as they left. There were missed calls on my phone when I turned it back on. I then tried to contact them multiple times and was ignored I then had to use a different number because they had blocked me. The owner began swearing at me and telling me they don?t deliver food twice, after taking my money. Demanding I come for pick up if I wanted my food. Terrible service. Never eating here again. I would like a refund of my $20 please.

It was my wife and I first order from here when I called to place my order, The woman I spoke with was very sweet and beautiful, The food was delicious, Excellent! We camp this week, but when we come back, will we order again?

We ordered the fried dumplings, eggdrop soup, Szechuan-Wolz in red chilli sauce and vegetable frying today. Absolutely delicious and delightful! We will always order from them!

This is by far my favorite Chinese place in the world. The prices are more than fair and the food is always fresh and exquisite. Does it have this classic Chinese place? Taste. The staff and the owners are so friendly, they even gave me a free drink when I didn't pay the money. This will take care of customers. This place has become regular in my house.

This place is GREAT! Everything I ordered was fantastic and very fresh. Portions are big and the front desk lady is very kind : will be returning soon!
