Juliana’s Pizzeria - West Hartford

If you're in the mood for a tasty salad, the Cobb Salad is sure to impress. It's generously sized, easily serving two people, and definitely worth every penny. The ingredients are fresh, and the chicken is perfectly seasoned and grilled. Another must-try dish is the Mashed Potato Pizza—it's simply outstanding!

At 5:10 PM, I called to place an order for a Philly steak wrap with fries and another side of fries, totaling $23.50, with an expected delivery time of 45 minutes (around 5:55 PM). The delivery driver called me, but his English was quite poor. When I asked if he was outside my building, I think he said yes. I went outside, but the driver was nowhere to be found. After waiting outside for about 15 minutes, I called the restaurant to inform them that the driver hadn’t arrived. They checked with him and claimed he was in my building. I explained that I was outside and no driver had come. They told me he was driving a black car. At around 6:40 PM, a red Versa pulled into my driveway. I asked the driver what he was delivering, and he said pizza. By 6:45 PM, the driver was still standing by the main door of my building. I approached him and asked him to open the bag he was carrying, and it turned out to be my order. When I asked him why he said he was delivering pizza, he didn’t provide a clear answer. Once I got back to my apartment and opened the food, I found the Philly wraps and fries to be cold, soggy, and inedible. I ended up throwing everything in the trash. To make matters worse, the restaurant did not even offer an apology for the driver’s unprofessional behavior and the misinformation I received.

I was completely surprised, but the tacos at this restaurant are some of the best I've ever tasted. The pork tacos, in particular, are outstanding. In a town brimming with upscale taco spots, Bert's stands out as probably the best.

I have had good experiences with them except last night. It took longer for the delivery. They forgot things on my order and the food looked as if it cooked too long or it was old. I don?t know what happened last night.

TT made my wait in line at the Hartford Food Festival very pleasant. When the pizza got their I was very happy I waited, cheesy, rich and great pepperoni. Very good Italian pizza but not much different than most very good Italian pizza, still, Ihighly recommend.
