Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I've been here twice since I was here. I ordered both times for a pickup and something strange happened both times. I first ordered turkeys and chicken burgers and got beef and turkey burgers. Second time I order 2 veggie burger, one with bun and one without but got both with bungalows. And one of my avocados had their shells. See that employees do not read the order details and delete the orders. The food taste and taste overall was good so it was 3 stars.

The burgers at this chain restaurant are surprisingly good. It's a great deal to have endless fries or salad as a side. The desserts are also delicious.

The service at this restaurant was excellent. We brought a group of 14 children on a Tuesday night and were impressed that their meals were prioritized and served before the adults'. The kitchen staff was efficient and our waitress, Sharon, provided exceptional service. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.

Unfortunately, my experience at Red Robin was not great. On the positive side, the atmosphere was lively and the restaurant was clean. Scott provided excellent and friendly service. However, the negative aspects overshadowed the good. The food was served extremely cold, both the burger and the fries. When brought to the server's attention, a new dish was brought out but the burger was overcooked this time. In the end, I decided to give up. The service was fine, but the food was the main issue.

Me and my family decided to go for lunch today. As soon as I walk inside I?m started down by the host who is a younger woman with short curly hair who has the worst attitude ever. I say hi after the awkward stare down and get asked ?how many?. My sister tells her how many of us are there and she stays completely silent. My sister asks how long the wait is and she completely ignored her question and rolled her eyes. You can tell her coworkers were annoyed with her as well. I don?t know if she?s new or going through a bad day but we all have bad days and still go to work and treat people with respect. ON THE OTHER HAND , Cassie who was our waitress was outstanding and apologetic about our experience. She made our stay much better and made small talk with us making us feel welcomed. The food was amazing ?
