The Simple Greek - West Hartford

Excellent experience, and great food. The atmosphere is very fun and casual. Great local spot to have a fun healthy lunch. The staff are wonderful, we had a great experience just before closing. Their hospitality was warm and generous. Portions were impressive and food was delicious. Cons, it's a corporate franchise that seemingly has no ties to the local Greek community. The hummus could be better, however the Greek dressing is incredible and makes up for it. In the end, I believe that a photo is worth a thousand words. The end result is what matters.

This place is now kouzina, not Simple Greek, but the people seem to be the same. The new decor vibe is nicer and more calming. A really friendly guy walked us through the menu changes. All the basics are the same and I was relieved they still have our beloved Greek Fries. The veggies seemed even fresher and more flavorful than usual. Overall, a favorite for a quick bite. My only complaint is that the falafel is still the same 'from a bag ' flavor with the off-putting whole chickpeas, and the meat isn 't always fresh off the spiggot.

Great tasting, quick, easy, and they have a nice staff... No line. Good prices and good portions. Super tasty!

My husband and I loved eating here! We are big fans of any and all Mediterranean food, but this place hit it out of the park! Will definitely return!
