Wayback Burgers - West Hartford

The restaurant used to have old cooks and bad service during the months of July and August, but in the last three times I have ordered in September and October, I have noticed a significant improvement in quality. Hopefully, they will continue to maintain this standard.

The staff at this restaurant are extremely lazy and do not follow the correct closing procedures. Even though their closing time is 9pm, I arrived at 8:30pm to find the door locked and the chairs already stacked up.

The staff at this restaurant were extremely friendly and welcoming. They were very attentive and accommodating. The restaurant was clean and well-organized. My daughter and I had a great experience dining here.
