World Of Beer - West Hartford

I was expecting a much broader selection of beers at a place called World of Beers, but I found only a standard array of draft options. As is often the case these days, most of them were IPAs. When will bartenders and owners realize that not everyone enjoys IPAs? We also ordered some food, and it was just mediocre at best.

They offer an excellent selection of beers along with fantastic food choices. Their Mahi Mahi tacos are absolutely delicious!

The atmosphere is friendly. Our server Ivan was knowledgeable about the products, gave prompt service and good conversation. The beer and food menus had great variety, were easy to read and were arranged so each food item was paired with a beer suggestion.Everything was delicious!

I can't believe these reviews are real; there's no way this place deserves so many stars. I can't fairly assess the food since we waited an hour and 45 minutes only to be told they hadn't even started preparing it, so we decided to leave. We couldn't even get past their poorly crafted drinks. People were actually getting up and leaving their drinks behind because the food was taking so long. I definitely won't be coming back here.
