Contribuisci feedbackI ordered a burrito that was badly done, no effort in cleaning or preparation. the type was in a mood in which he no longer wanted to be at work, with side commentaries and only wanted to eat out of the way. In fact, the staff did not look like they knew what they did and had low energy with the customers. overpriced burrito with bad service. please receive a new staff that has the right setting, respect and knowledge of the circumstance with customers and food preparation.
Obviously, no one expects a whole lot from a fast food restaurant. However, you would assume that if they're open you would ne able to get a quick veggie bowl. Let me share my experience; no corn, no black beans, no mild salsa and no white rice!!! ????
Worst place to do business in. I ordered my food through website using my gift card, the store dint have my order details but my name was in their system, the website dint send me a confirmation email with the confirmation number, even the website dint have my order details in their history but on the main page it shows I have an order and the tracking redirects to doordash, their is no tracking number either on doordash after a few heated calls to the corporate they dint refund my gift card balance, neither did they send my food. chipotle on whole as a franchise is messed up. The customer service is the worst, and their customer service in the website sucks
Try and avoid if you can. Been here 4 times now, trying to give it a chance but I’ve been disappointed every time. The food’s always bland, the fajita veggies are barely cooked, borderline raw. “Maybe this time it’ll be good”. Nope
Horrible. Every time I come here my food is made carelessly and melting out of the brown paper bag before I even leave the door. If this picture looks good to you, go ahead and waste your money. Definitely my last time at this shitpotle. Garbage. If you don’t want to work at chipotle, quit. No one’s forcing you!
