Dunkin' - West Haven

I'm not sure if there has been a change in ownership or management at this Dunkin' location recently, but I have noticed some significant improvements. First, the store is actually open in the morning when I go to pick up my order through the On-the-Go App. Second, there's no longer loud music or shouting, which is a relief. Third, the parking lot and storefront are now clean and free of litter, which had previously been quite unpleasant. Lastly, all of the counter staff are very friendly; the attitudes that used to be present are gone. I hope they continue this great work—this location was quite frustrating for me before!

This Dunkin' Donuts grinds fresh coffee beans for their coffee! The aroma as you walk in is wonderful! It's always clean, and the food items are fresh.

It’s reassuring to see that people are adhering to COVID-19 guidelines. The store only allows three customers inside at a time, as it’s quite small. Though the wait to place an order was a bit long because of this, you can order ahead for quicker service and just pick up your food.

I really enjoy this branch of Dunkin Donuts due to its convenient location right off the road. The service is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. I particularly like to come here on Saturday evenings when it's nice and cool. Additionally, there is accessible parking and entrance for those in wheelchairs.

Ideal for a quick breakfast on the go or as a delightful snack to recharge!
