Contribuisci feedbackThe worst donuts in west haven. please save them frustration and skip this place. they burned my sandwich and let us wait so long, only because they wanted to chat and act uninterested with the customers and if they have their drink, it is not even what they have ordered. ?
Terrible!!! 3 am , girl at window was really rude, tried to rush me out the drive way when she didnt even get my order correct and forgot to give straws….. to me they should not be working fast food!
I’m not one to leave reviews but lately this location has just not been up to par. I’m unfortunately extremely specific about what alternative milk I drink because A. I’m extremely lactose intolerant and B. I’ve developed a NUT allergy. With that being said I go here often solely because it’s close to home and almost every time something is wrong, big or small it’s always something. Today was probably the worst, I went and asked for the same coffee I get every morning, iced cold brew coconut with OAT MILK. I got to work and started sipping my coffee, then my throat started getting itchy. I look at the label on my coffee and they put almond milk. It’s a blessing I don’t have a bad enough allergy where I’d have to go to the ER. My point is they don’t pay enough attention at this location. I remember going here in high school and it being one of the best. I just can’t say that anymore.
Went to the drive thru speaker, waited almost 5 minutes and nobody spoke. It was 2 in the afternoon so they were definitely open. 4 cars were behind me so I left. If you are busy, that's fine but at least tell customers so and ask them to wait.
Forget about the worst Dunkin Donuts, this particular location is consistently the worst RETAIL experience I have ever had in my entire life, and I 'm 52 years old. Every single employee is their own special kind of miserable. It 's as if the only training they receive is If you 're not arguing with the customer you 're doing it wrong . Whoever manages this location should not be working in retail management. They have failed on every level.
