Dunkin' - West Hempstead

This place is terrible. Every order I’ve had has been incorrect, they don't seem to know how to make coffee properly, and the manager is quite unpleasant.

I cannot recommend visiting this store when the older lady is making the coffee. Her drinks consistently taste off, and there's not much you can do about it. Complaining doesn't seem to make a difference, so I've decided to take my business elsewhere. Sorry about that.

I don't usually write reviews, but I've visited this location several times, and each experience has been disappointing. The food and donuts I've had were not fresh, and the coffee did not meet my expectations.

Service was fast the employees were attentive and friendly.

WHY IS THIS PLACE STILL OPEN? They all are lazy and prefer to not service you, pretend they are closed or the register isn?t working! Why are u in business then? Disgusting how more than one person in the reviews found hair in their food!!!!!!! Yuckthey need to be reported asap! Don?t give me an attitude because that?s the job u chose in life!!!!! there is a friendlyStarbucks down the street and much cleaner Dunkin? Donuts in the surrounding area. PLEASE SHUT THEM DOWN
