Wing Wan Kosher Restaurant

Got a side dish (fried rice) that was a bit bland for my tastes but otherwise fine. If i was ever in the neighborhood, I would be happy to come again and try a full meal when I am hungrier. One of my favorite Chinese restaurants that is historic . Beside this I would probably give it 5 stars but needed to remove 2 when my order of steamed chicken with broccoli came with a long piece of black hair. This should never happen and shows they may have sanitary issues. I will Give them the benefit of the doubt and try it some other time again. Food: 3
