Contribuisci feedbackA great example of horrible customer service. My family and I ordered a mixed berry smoothie in hopes to have something relatively healthy on our trip back home from Canada. We 're particularly mindful of added sugar intake because my dad is diabetic. When we got our smoothie, it tasted like candy blended into a drink. Thankfully I had a sip before giving it to my dad my girlfriend inquired about if there was sugar added to smoothie. One of the cashier/service staff responded coldly yogurt, and berries ; another chimed in with a bit of condescension: Yeah it 's a smoothie. Of course it has sugar. Then they proceeded to ignore us. We didn 't want to make any trouble for the other patrons, but what we experienced was not acceptable. Tim Horton 's should spend more time training their staff to have the smallest semblance of hospitality. We will certainly never try a Tim Horton 's again.
Service started out good then quickly changed. Ordered turkey club meal deal . Asked for the chips and my drink the girl said you only ordered the sandwich. I asked for #1 turkey club meal. Also last I knew turkey club included bacon. I might be wrong on that bacon part ????????????
Online they shows open 6 AM but actually they open at 7. Management should tackle these issues and update the times accordingly. They should maintain the standards of tim?s in states as well
This is my first one star review. I assume because of staffing issues they did not open till 7am, but Arby's was open 24 hours. I was going to get a couple of donuts today, but the case was infested with flies on the donuts. Very obvious, and they were still serving out of the display case.
My wife and I were visiting some friends in Vermont and decided to cross the border to go to Tim Horton's, and that is not something we get to do everyday as we live in Arkansas. The staff were friendly and the food was good and it came quickly. Ice coffee and a doughnut for the win.
