Subway - West Hills

I'm hooked on their Protein Bowls, specifically their Teriyaki Chicken. However, my complaint is they hardly give you any shredded lettuce first. And mind you, the plastic bowl they serve it all in is over 2 deep!! And even after piling on the Protein, the bowl isn't full. On top of that, it's close to $10!! Really

My family and I visit this restaurant regularly, and whenever we receive vouchers in the mail, we use them. We live just four blocks away. Today, I sent my brother there, but he was told that they don’t accept any vouchers. This seems incorrect, as we recently used them without any issues. They refused to honor the vouchers, and when I tried to call, only an answering machine picked up; there was no option to speak with a manager, which I found very unprofessional. I then called a nearby subway restaurant, and the staff there were friendly and confirmed that they do accept coupons. I won't be returning to this restaurant and will instead visit the one that's two miles away.

The location is very clean, and the staff is extremely friendly! The sandwiches consistently taste fresh.
