Trimana - West Hills

The owners are quite stingy: they don’t offer free water with well drinks, which I found disappointing. When customers request extra ketchup or a fork, it seems to irritate him, and he takes his time responding. Overall, my experience at 1:30 in the afternoon was not great.

If you can avoid lunch break in midday, this is the place for a good selection of delicious meals at a good price!

During lunchtime, there isn't a clear line, and people often cut in front to place their orders first. The owners seem indifferent to the situation, and it's clear that the place is understaffed. The prices are too high for what you get, and overall, the experience is quite disappointing, much like the owners and management!

The menu here is a bit limited, and the specials tend to be the same with a monthly rotation, but their service is very good. James is always very friendly and the staff is very nice. It's very convenient for the people who work here to just walk down there when they're in a pinch and have no time to leave their desks. I would easily recommend coming here just for the atmosphere to get a way from your work desk and just enjoy the view.

If you can avoid the lunch rush around noon, this is the place for good variety of delicious food at good price!
