Big Mama's Papa's Pizzeria West Hollywood

I am in London for the week and this is the second time I have ordered pizza in two days using Uber Eats. The service was great and the pizza tasted amazing. I highly recommend this place.

The guy at the counter was unresponsive when I greeted him and told him my name for pick-up. He seemed to have no idea what I was talking about. When he handed me my pizza, I said thank you, but he didn't respond and instead started talking to someone else. He forgot to give me my change. When I called to ask for a refund, they refused and told me they couldn't give me a soda. Overall, I was disappointed with the service and the pizza was not as good as other restaurants in the area. I don't plan on returning.

The customer experience at this restaurant was terrible. I ordered three pizzas - one with cheese, one with pepperoni, and one with sausage and pepperoni. I requested that the order be ready for pick-up at Ralph's. After picking up the pizzas and driving home, I eagerly anticipated enjoying them after a long week. However, I was disappointed to find that half of the pepperoni was missing from one of the pizzas when I opened the box. I called the manager to express my dissatisfaction, but he accused me of lying and only offered to refund me $7.00. I am extremely upset and will never return to this restaurant. Good customer service is crucial.

Wouldnt take my order in person at 2:24 pm they are not taking orders i guess why be in bussines if u cant take order at anytime came back next day and the another costumer took my order and explain why wasnt my order taken and gave me a free drink

This place is absolutely amazing. I love the slices and their Mexican Pizza.
